All stock reporting is tailored to our clients requirements. Incoming stock i.e. Christmas cards, merchandise, fundraising materials, letterheads, envelopes, leaflets, buckets etc are registered onto the reporting system with a scanned image of each item available. Stock report show amounts deducted ‘real time’ for 100% accuracy and stock take are provided on request.
The online stock system will ensure stock levels are monitored accurately and regularly, sending email alerts for low level stock or out of date stock. This allows continuous replenishment and prevents Telebank holding any items that are no longer required or out of date, thus saving on storage costs. This also ensures that only the most current iterations of items held are being dispatched.
