Post room Services – Batching and Sorting
All post is opened in a secure environment. Post rooms and offices are fully fitted with monitored and recorded CCTV.
Telebank manages payments and donations in a secure environment closely monitored and recorded on CCTV. Donations are banked daily direct to your chosen account and everything is processed under the latest PCI Compliance Regulations, Credit, Debit and CAF cards.
All payments are handled securely and validated immediately via Sage Pay. Direct Debits All payments are data captured with Sort Code and account number validated to ensure correct information has been supplied. Cheques, PO, Cash Bank visits are conducted daily and monies are banked directly into the charities account using paying in slips provided. Charity vouchers are data captured and sent directly to CAF for processing.
We understand the time and effort required to acquire and retain supporters therefore we provide our clients with a daily thanking service via post or email. Our systems enable us to set up any number of letters for various appeals.
